Do Audio Guest Books need WiFi or a landline?
Nope! Just a standard 13 amp power socket. A Calleo phone is an Audio Guest Book that does not require WiFi or a landline connection.
How does it work?
A simple, plug in and go! Plug in, wait a few minutes for the Calleo Audio Guest Book phone to warm up and then guests pick up the handset, hear your greeting message and leave a message after the beep. We also provide a framed how-to-use guide for your guests to understand how to leave a message.
Can I set up the phone in a loud room?
We recommend setting up your Calleo phone, at a minimum, 5 metres away from loud sources of sound e.g. Bands / Singers / DJs / Speakers. We do review and minimise background noise as much as possible. But setting up the phone right next to a loud speaker would not be great haha!
Can I unplug the Calleo phone and move it to a different room throughout the day?
Definitely! Lots of our couples set the phone up in one room at the start of the day and then move the phone later for the evening reception.
Is there a limit to the storage?
There is no limit, record as many as you like. Every message counts. They can also be as long as your family, friends and guests can be left chatting!
Which locations do you cover?
We ship to any mainland address in England, Scotland and Wales. We also cater to some EU and US customers - get in touch to check if we can hire for your event!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We kindly ask you to pay a £110 deposit to secure your booking. Then, 15 weeks before your booking, the final balance will be due. If your booking is in less than 15 weeks, the full balance is required upon booking.
What if my Calleo phone gets stolen or damaged?
It’s very rare but unfortunate things sometimes happen. From the moment of delivery until collection, we reserve the right to charge for any costs to replace / repair a Calleo phone that is stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or altered in any way, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes minor scratches and marks or other similar minor damage.
Is postage included?
All our packages include the cost of delivery and return postage. Please refer to your invoice for specific methods of delivery and return.
When will I receive my messages?
Customers with a Classic package will receive their Audio Guest Book within 21 working days. Why not upgrade and purchase a Retro or Luxe package? This includes fast track production and you'll receive your wonderful messages even faster. Please check your invoice for the stated turnaround time.
Is the personalised signage completely customisable?
Our personalised signage can be customised to include your names and a personal intro. Email us to see an example!
